Basic Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 10+ years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 8+ years’ experience.
  • Experience in Technical Manufacturing, Procurement, or Operations management experience
  • Experience successfully leading cross-functional teams at International or Domestic Supplier Site.
  • Experience with Senior Leadership levels both internally and supplier leadership
  • Experience with Export/Import requirements and licensing.
  • Experience utilizing Master phasing schedules and Integrated Master Schedules
  • Experience with supplier negotiations
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearanc

Job Description:
This is a results-oriented role with an emphasis on international supplier development, strategic decision making, program execution and transitioning to production.
As the International Supplier Performance Manager focused on supplier development, you will be the key team lead in developing a German supplier located near Munich, Germany.
Your general responsibilities will include strategy development and supplier execution to produce major assemblies and technologies internationally to satisfy both Direct and Indirect Offset obligations. This role will require leveraging a matrix environment with close collaboration with functional and program leadership as well the product lines to ensure alignment on program objectives and supplier development.
This is a highly visible role and the individual will be an impactful leader within the International Supplier Development organization as the liaison between the functions, program and international regional teams.
This is an 2 year international assignment with additional compensation emoluments.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

  • Lead sourcing activities to develop suppliers to be “Raytheon Ready” in support of both Direct and Indirect projects meeting Localization obligations.
  • Management of overall performance of subcontractors to support the achievement of contract performance objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively with the PMO and Supplier IPT to accomplish Customer and program requirements as well as coordination with the Supplier Management team.
  • Provide daily on-site leadership working with the suppliers management and the RTX on site team reporting to the NSPA PMO team with consistent and concise updates.
  • This role will be critical in supporting internal gates 4-10 and will be critical in leading PARs/CDR, PDR, PRR and SRR’s at the supplier. Effective relationship management and communications between suppliers and appropriate Raytheon counterparts.
  • Develop supplier development strategies, identify risks, and lead supplier development activities.

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
