(ATI) is a service-oriented export trading company providing domestic and international companies the opportunity to import and export products to new and existing markets. ATI exports USA food and beverages to over 80 markets worldwide. The Supplier Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the seamless flow of products. The primary responsibilities will include negotiating contracts, monitoring supplier performance, and strategizing to enhance overall efficiency. This role will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for cost optimization and quality improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster collaboration and reliability.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations to establish favorable terms, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Implement robust monitoring systems to assess supplier performance and adherence to quality standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain, proactively addressing challenges to ensure continuity.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including logistics and finance, to optimize processes and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Develop a cadence and conduct business reviews with manufacturers to monitor progress, identify issues, opportunities, market insights and identify cost saving opportunities.
  • Identify, vet, onboard and manage overall relationship with new manufacturers to ensure consistent supply.
  • Identify risks and develop effective mitigation plans in a timely and effective manner.
  • Proactively monitor and leverage market and commodity insights in negotiations to create short-term and long-term ordering strategies.
