Description:

Seeking a supplier risk management program administrator, a process-oriented professional to administer the supplier risk program activities, including new supplier onboarding due diligence, ongoing monitoring, and periodic reporting

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Experience Required: 1-3 years
  • Special Qualifications: Proficient expertise in the use of financial systems and Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Cloud-based software preferred
  • Experience with Coupa and OneTrust preferred
  • Self-starter and able to work both independently and in a team setting
  • Strong organizational, phone, and computer skills
  • An analytical mind with strong business acumen
  • Customer-oriented approach
  • Strong “self-teaching” skills, ability to learn quickly and the ability to take initiative with minimal supervision
  • Process-oriented, strong perceptive abilities, and the ability to foster positive relationships through excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of urgency demonstrated through excellent follow-up and follow-through abilities
  • Well-organized and reliable
  • Training/experience with corporate travel programs preferred
  • Excellent communication (oral and written)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the new supplier onboarding due diligence
  • Manage supplier risk inquiries, issues, questions raised by employees
  • Help ensure compliance with corporate policies by performing analytics and monitoring procedures to identify potential violations or other red flags.
  • Support annual supplier risk assessment planning and execution
  • Provide regular reporting on key risk and performance metrics
  • Drive continuous improvement of the supplier risk management program
  • Support other Finance projects and initiatives, as necessary.
  • Cross-train team employees on procurement processes on an as-needed basis
  • Provide “on the spot” expertise and training to employees on following procurement processes
  • Multitask and meet required deadlines in a high-pressure environment
  • Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.
