In this newly created role, you will take charge of planning, executing, and overseeing supply and inventory procedures for Hydro’s asset teams. As the Supply and Inventory Supervisor, your primary task will involve collaborating with key stakeholders to identify pain points and areas of improvement, thereby refining processes to optimise the supply inventory system. This optimisation will ensure smooth operations for Production Operations, minimising delays, and downtime in restoring assets to full functionality. Additionally, you will lead a statewide team, offering guidance and support to enhance their effectiveness in meeting customer demands. Regular statewide travel will be an essential aspect of this role.
