This role offers an exceptional chance to dive deep into various facets of the supply chain, including procurement, planning, purchasing, sales administration.

Responsibilities:

THIS IS WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Providing administrative assistance across the Supply Chain Department.
  • Managing the initiation and documentation of shipment requests.
  • Coordinating sample requests and organising laboratory tests for VAVE initiatives.
  • Tracking and addressing customer complaints promptly and efficiently.
  • Overseeing shipment arrangements to ensure timely delivery alignment.
  • Liaising with hauliers to obtain quotations and plan deliveries effectively.
  • Generating necessary documentation for orders based on customer specifications.
  • Maintaining open lines of communication with suppliers for seamless operations.
  • Monitoring and reporting on supplier On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance.
  • Documenting and reporting special deliveries accurately.
  • Handling various paperwork tasks efficiently.
  • Creating comprehensive stock reports to aid in decision-making processes.
  • Being ready to cover for other team members during holiday periods upon completing training.
