DIVISION OVERVIEW:

Aurologistics is a division of Aurobindo Pharma USA, Inc., our logistics (3PL) Distribution Center in East Windsor. Aurologistics is 565,000 square feet where we have Aurobindo’s automated warehouse, distribution, manufacturing and packaging of Aurobindo’s products.

QUALIFICATIONS - SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong financial/marekting/supply chain analysis expertise and creativity is essential.
Pharmaceutical experience strongly preferred.
Excellent communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Advanced computer skills required.
Expertise in building and maintaining complex financial models.
Building and reporting operational metrics to track key business drivers

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

BS/BA in finance, supply chain or a business related field, preferred
Physical Requirements: OFFICE POSITION - While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to: •Stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard reach, stoop kneel to install computer equipment •Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work •Light to moderate lifting is required •Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic). •Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time Sedentary work Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. To analyze customer forecast, sales, and product information from salesforce, identify gaps in inventory to raise POs to India manufacturing units and US CMOs in ERP.
Analyze open orders and raise PO for packing material procurement for products packing in US facility in ERP
Coordinate with purchase team to follow up on PM deliveries
Initiate/ review change control in QAMS
Review BOM for SKUs packing in USA
Coordinate with US warehouse for receiving of bulk, brite stock & FG
Work closely with other departments to achieve on-time delivery and to ensure complete and accurate accounting of inventory
