JOB SUMMARY

If you are a Supply Chain with strong analytical skill professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting role for you! This role will be responsible for optimizing the Supply Chain processes to improve productivity and efficiency. You will be given an opportunity to work with Asia Pacific and Global Supply Chain and multi-functional teams for process mapping and alignment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:

• Degree or equivalent in Business Management, Engineering or Supply Chain Management or related field
• Experience in Digital and Automation Transformation, project management and SQL will be a plus.
• Can work independently and with minimal mentorship.

IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

• Collate supply chain data resources, apply visual and analytical tools to access, extract and analyze data sets to improve supply chain performance and efficiency.
• Engage and collaborate with functional teams across Asia Pacific and global on process mapping, opportunity identification and alignment of existing and future value streams of business processes.
• Develop, deploy, and supervise digital or automation projects to improve operations.
• Supervise solution and process performance and propose corrective actions as the need arises.
• Benchmark, explore within or outside Emerson and implement relevant technology and best practices.
• Apply change management processes to lead partners and users’ expectations throughout the lifecycle of projects
• Oracle Business System Support for Supply Chain Team when issue raised.

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of significant experience in Supply Chain function
• Proficient in advance excel and handling large data sets.
• Experience in using data visualization tools like Power BI
• Knowledgeable in Supply Chain Processes and flow charts.
• Oracle Support to Supply Chain Users
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fast learner and able to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
