We have for several years been working very actively to develop our ability to use digital information to make better business decisions. Now we are ready to take the next step in the same direction by expanding the team with an Supply Chain Analyst.
As our Supply Chain Analyst you work to improve the efficiency of supply chain operations through data collection, reporting and analysis. The position requires excellent attention to detail, in-depth understanding of the plan to deliver process and exceptional analytics skills. The Supply Chain Analyst uses interpersonal and problem-solving skills to gather information from different departments to recommend ways of improving the supply chain.

You will be responsible for;

  • design, developing, and maintaining our global supply chain planning and logistics related reports, key performance indexes, and dashboards. Lead the design and evolution of advanced reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making.
  • collecting and verifying global supply chain related data. Ensure accuracy of the data and develop an in-depth understanding of data and data sources, supporting the creation of business rules and logics for optimizing data utility in global supply chain planning and logistics areas.
  • data analysis to identify areas of supply chain operations to improve efficiency. Lead the analysis of complex logistics opportunities and provide recommendations that will be instrumental in the formation of supply chain strategies, cost savings, and continuous improvement efforts

You will also serve as an internal resource in educating and providing mentorship to users for better utilization of planning and analytics tools. Support the local / regional supply chain organizations with competence and operational development activities and participate in global and local projects for improvement of supply chain planning, production scheduling, as well as operational logistic structures related to warehousing, terminals, transportation and inventory.
Internally you will play an instrumental role in maintaining strong interface and alignment with Global ERP, Business Intelligence, IT, Global Finance, Business Planning and Controlling on data governance, data accuracy and data reporting.
The successful candidate possesses a Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial Economics, Supply Chain Engineering or Data Science and have 3-5 years of work experience in similar roles. An experience in SQL databases, reporting tools and planning and scheduling systems and optimization preferred.
As a person you have an analytical mindset and eye for details, you have strong communication skills, the capacity for cross-functional collaboration and a problem-solving ability, and eager-to-learn attitude.
The position is placed in Sweden, preferable in Malmö.
