We are seeking a Supply Chain and Logistics Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team, to monitor and manage inventories with 3rd parties warehouse. Manage the Logistics of Imported products with different hauliers and forecast customer demand to replenish from suppliers/factories.
Working pattern: Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30, 1 hour lunch.
Hybrid working: After probation, we operate a 3 days in the office 2 days from home hybrid policy.

• Inventory control and management
• Optimise Service level
• Minimise Wastage
• Stock Reconciliation between 3rd parties warehouse and company system NAV
• Demand Planning and Forecasting
• Analysing historical and customer data to make informed decisions on customers demand
• Keeping ahead of any seasonal considerations
• Develop communication with customers
• Purchasing Planning
• Plan replenishment to cover customer demand according to supplier specifications
• Develop communication with suppliers/factories
• Transport Planning
• Organise Transport according to Purchase planning
• Maximise Transport utilisations and minimise transport costs to remain with budget
• Administration
• Purchase and Sales Orders processing
• Cost Orders for each Transport to support the Finance team
• Check invoices of 3rd parties
