Description:

YOUR PROFILE

  • Vocational degree in a commercial field (e.g. Real Estate AGent, Industrial Clerk, Retail Dealer)
  • 2+ years of experience in purchasing, preferred of technical products and services in the data center area or building services engineering
  • Experienced with audits and the MS Office applications
  • Skilled in contract law and knowledge in working with relvant KPI’s
  • Good communication skills with a proactive way of working and confident with negotiations
  • Fluent in English; German is an advantage

Responsibilities:

As a Supply Chain & Procurement Associate (f/m/d), you will support the entire local procurement and supply chain management process with administrative and operational tasks. In this role, you will support the provision of supplies and services in the right quantities and use your negotiating skills to help reduce purchasing costs in Switzerland. You will ensure the quality of suppliers by comparing quality with internal standards through regular checks.
In addition, you will support the commercial handling of the entire ordering process, auditing, complaints processing and collection costs as well as the processing and maintenance of product and supplier information. Participation in international key account projects in cooperation with internal departments and responsibility for maintaining the local procurement document management system round off your area of responsibility.
