• Manage customer interactions regarding purchase orders, forecasts, inventory, and tax invoicing.
• Ensure prompt processing of orders, preparation of shipping documents, and invoicing to customers.
• Communicate with customers regarding stock inventory, consignment planning, change-orders, and forecast planning.

• Handle email correspondences with customers, suppliers, and forwarders regarding shipment details.
• Maintain thorough documentation related to customers, including emails, purchase orders, tax invoices, etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• GCE ‘O’ levels and above
• 1 -2 years of relevant experience
• Good time management and customer oriented will have added advantageous
