Description:
JOB SUMMARY
Supply Chain Business Management Analyst works and reviews the financial requirements for large/complex objectives for the supply chain function. Perform in-depth analysis including return on investment (ROI), proforma, budget review to support supply chain activities, and detailed analysis on business functions as needed. Works with supply chain stakeholders to understand and analyze objectives, underlying issues and business case, and facilitate scoping and business prioritization. Investigates business needs, problems, and opportunities consulting stakeholders as appropriate. Analyzes requirements to ensure they are fit for purpose and adhere to business objectives and consistency, challenging positively as appropriate.
Demonstrates financial expertise and knowledge of industry standards and serves as a resource to supply chain leadership. Ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material. Knowledge of processes, methods, and tools of financial reporting; ability to create and maintain accurate and thorough financial reports.
Applies comprehensive, extensive in-depth or broad knowledge, skills and practices and basic knowledge of related/interdependent cross family/function experience to perform a variety of difficult assignments. Demonstrates the ability to grasp new concepts, acquire new ways of seeing things, and revise ways of thinking and behaving, with the understanding that this is an ongoing business necessity.
Communicates effectively with others to exchange information, streamline processes, answer questions and resolve issues in a timely manner. Demonstrates the ability to be a self-starter on projects, employs strong organizational skills when managing projects, and seeks appropriate assistance and clarification as needed.
Awareness of leadership concepts and ability to use strategies and skills to enlist others in setting, embracing and achieving objectives. Self-motivated and flexible, with the ability to work independently or in a team environment that supports other team members.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor s Degree required, preferably in finance, business or healthcare administration or a related field.
Three years’ applicable work experience required. Must have knowledge of supply chain practices and procedures. Must have strong computer (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook) and reporting skills.
