Our client is a Global Manufacturing MNC which is a leader in specialty chemicals, is renowned for its expertise in surface treatment and metalworking. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum diploma and above
• 2-3 yrs’ relevant experience in customer service / supply chain / sales / controlling
• SAP in chemical industry

• Handle all aspects of sales and shipping, including communication, order processing, coordination, and managing customer and inter-company orders.
• Organize packing, booking, collection, and delivery of goods via various methods, ensuring accurate rates and including drop shipments.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and build positive relationships through regular interaction.
• Keep the Customer Price List updated in the system for smooth operations.
• Keep customers informed about delivery status and ensure reliable delivery.
• Manage data to streamline order processing.
• Address customer complaints promptly and effectively using the designated system.
• Provide administrative support for warehouse operations, including data entry and document management.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders for import shipment clearance.
• Process incoming materials for the plant, excluding specified items, for smooth operations.
• Support order execution for finished goods and raw materials.
• Manage stock for third-party warehouses.
