AB Vista, a premier supplier of feed enzymes, is seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Coordinator to join our growing team. Since 2004, we’ve oriented the industry in enhancing animal nutrition across poultry, swine, ruminant, and aquaculture sectors. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the demand and supply planning, purchasing, logistics operations, managing supplier / 3PL relationship and ensuring efficient distribution and product supply continuity. Responsibilities:

  • Connect with ASPAC Business managers to understand future demands, risks, and new market opportunities.
  • Ensure product supply continuity with suppliers and logistics partners, meeting availability and inventory targets.
  • Maintain quality and cost-efficient relationships with key suppliers and manage goods procurement.
  • Issue purchase orders and manage inventory system activities.
  • Identify gaps, implement improvements, and track project status to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Manage logistics provider relationships to ensure cost-effective and reliable services.
  • Implement and manage Service Level Agreements with key suppliers and logistics partners.
  • Address and resolve complaints related to operations, customs compliance, and logistics.
  • Create reports with KPIs to find opportunities for improving planning, replenishment, and logistics.

  • You have a diploma/university degree in Business Management, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
  • You have a detailed understanding of ERP systems (preferably D365).
  • You have at least 2 years of working experience.
  • You have intermediate or advanced Excel skills.
  • You enjoy working with data, and have data analytics/reporting skills (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • You have industry knowledge in handling ocean freight / liquid logistics solutions (Flexibags/ISO tanks).
