Description:

The Supply Chain Data Analyst comes in support of the Center of Excellence team during the implementation of the SC Transformation programs. His / her mission is to focus on Supply Chain Performance and Analytics, help on data extractions, improve tools including automation for KPIs monitoring, and leveraging data and insights to enhance the efficiency and overall performance of the supply chain within an organization.
Duration: 1 year contract
Working hours: 9am -6pm, Mon -Fri
Job responsibilities:

Performance Analytics:

  • Monitors and publishes Regional Supply Chain KPI’s (OSA, supplier fill rate, warehouse fill rate, stock situation, depreciation, C2P, etc.) identifying risks, and proposing proactive solutions to mitigate potential disruptions.
  • Actively runs Inventory health analysis reviews to identify risks on slow-moving products, discontinued, expired or damaged products so that RTV(Return to Vendor) and markdown programs can be triggered by the Inventory & SC Performance Lead & Demand planners for the whole of SEA
  • Reviews KPI’s and identifies adjustments/new requirements needed in tools (IRIS & DOMO & Power BI) due to new projects implementation (OMS Project, RELEX, etc.), helps develop, tests and checks enhancements implemented.
  • Applies statistical methods and data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and KPIs in the supply chain.Leads ad-hoc analysis (Lead times, Short Tail…)

Business Support:

  • Works closely with various stakeholders, including logistics, and planning teams, to understand business needs and identifies inefficiencies in processes and propose improvements.
  • As a training center for new tool implementation, guides countries in effectively utilizing new tools and features, fostering a common understanding of KPIs and streamlined processes.Redefining supply chain dash boards with global team and collaborating with BI teams to implement and optimize these dash boards, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
