We are looking for a Supply Chain Development Training & Policy Manager to work alongside our Development Team to make significant impact to our Road Safety, Transportation Standards and Driver Behaviour, through the setting of business wide policies and full use & adaptation of systems and procedures.

Responsibilities:
YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:
- Performing a complete review, with existing stakeholders, of all current business policies relating to Transport, Road Safety and Compliance
- Leading on the creation of a full suite of integrated Transport Policies that can apply to all Transport Operators on all sites (to included reference to 3rd party operators)
- Being the listed owner for that suite of policies, conducting and documenting reviews and managing changes and version control.
- The adoption and recorded acceptance of those polices across the business
- Developing processes that encourage better, more compliant use of a range of Transport systems
- The entire cyclical process of driving improvements through policy and culture change.
- Demonstrating change within the Evri Operation (both directly & indirectly) and maintaining high standards.
- The creation/delivery of OLAT/Manager CPC level training courses for a range of Operational colleagues.
- The delivery of additional training, where needed, in any area identified as requiring such.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING…
- Hold and have relative experience of Professional Competency in Transport Management
- A Training/educational qualification would be an advantage
- Minimum educational level; GCSE Maths and English grade C and above, or equivalent
- Experience of managing process and systems in a busy operational environment is essential.
- Proven ability to collate information or stats to create a case and influence others.
- Proven ability to create efficient systems, ways of working for improvements.
- Experience of delivering content to broad audiences
- Proven organisation skills – ability to work in a logical and methodical manner; ability to use own initiative and effectively manage several tasks at one time.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Confident and exceptional at creating/delivering a range of topics
