JOB SUMMARY:

As a Supply Chain Engineer in our HVAC Manufacturing division based in Dubai, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the supply chain processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the production and delivery of HVAC systems.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 6-7 years of supply chain experience, specifically in the HVAC manufacturing industry.
• Engineering background with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Proven track record of optimizing supply chain processes and improving efficiency.
• Familiarity with lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in supplier management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and quality standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective supply chain strategies.
• Analyze and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes, from procurement to distribution.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock while minimizing excess.
• Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
• Implement lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives in the supply chain.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and logistics partners.
• Work closely with production teams to forecast demand and plan production schedules.
• Resolve supply chain issues and mitigate risks to ensure a smooth flow of materials.
• Utilize technology and data analytics to enhance supply chain visibility and decision-making.
• Implement and maintain quality standards and compliance within the supply chain.
