The position is based in our Lighting plant in Niemce near Lublin.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least a bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Proven ability to apply analytical tools and data visualization techniques to create clear and effective communication strategies
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes, problem-solving skills, Kaizen, value stream mapping, error correction Visual Management, 5S, etc.
  • Advanced support for MS Excel, Office, Windows and SAP
  • Knowledge of the English language
  • Communication skills
  • Ability to present information to small groups, customers and other employees
  • Ability to resolve unclear situations
  • Ability to cooperate and influence others
  • Ability to analyze data and determine further paths of action

Responsibilities:

  • Supply chain representative on the new core team for the new program of electronics
  • Lead initiatives to improve plant processes and implement supply chain standards
  • Design, development and optimization of packaging
  • Develop and maintain patterns and tools used in the continuous improvement process
  • Provide management with recommendations for process improvement based on current trends and observations made on the production floor
  • Create process documentation, reports, graphics and charts
  • Conduct performance measurement and data analysis to support process improvement efforts
  • Create models to optimize critical supply chain processes such as inventory optimization, supplier networks and production line planning
  • Develop optimization processes to balance short and long-term demand plans while maximizing revenues and improving profitability
  • Identify gaps in the current production process to help develop indicators for the introduction of new technologies
