Supply Chain Finance Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Finance Associate position in the Supply Chain Management department will be responsible for the support of all processes and systems employed in the collection & processing of item purchases and the calculation, reporting & reconciliation of National Volume Discounts (NVD). We are looking for candidates with 1 - 3 years’ experience in the finance & supply chain side of the business. Preference will be given to candidates that have experience and /or strong knowledge of the Canadian foodservice industry.

QUALIFICATIONS

• University Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
• Financial and/or process management experience with strong analytical abilities
• Strong PC skills including advanced Excel & PowerPoint (Microsoft Access would be an asset)
• Minimum 1 - 2 years work experience in a related role and new grads welcome
• Good knowledge of retail or foods service products and categories is highly desirable.
• Confident, organized self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
• Must be detail oriented with ability to multi task, exercise good judgment and fully participate in the elevation and success of the purchasing department
