Description:
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Ensure data collection and analysis are performed with the right level of accuracy, frequency, granularity
- Drive continuous improvement to continually enhance S&OP process
- Ensure data harmonization
- Partner with market/cluster team to ensure sales forecasts are captured, challenged and aligned between the different stakeholders
- Prepare data analysis and business hypothesis for the local leadership team
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Prior experience in forecasting/demand planning/supply chain is essential
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Ability to work in large and complex and diverse organization
- Strong capacity of adaptation and curiosity
- Strong English communication skills

Responsibilities:
The Supply Chain Forecasting Analyst is a unique opportunity to join our dynamic team in Warsaw. The Supply Chain Forecasting Analyst will work with a high level of independence to build Supply Chain forecasting within their region. With the use of their creativity and newest technology and tools we are using, they will play an important role in building of new processes in our GSC.
