SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT (SCM) ANALYST

Four Squared Solutions is seeking a Supply Chain Management (SCM) Analyst
professional for an opportunity with a located in Miami, Florida.

We are seeking a talented individual to join the team as a Supply Chain Management Analyst with expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite R12.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5 + years of proven experience as a Supply Chain Management Analyst, preferably in the cruise line or travel hospitality industry.
• 3 + years of Oracle E-Business Suite R12 with a focus on supply chain modules such as Purchasing, Inventory, and Order Management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision in all tasks.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in Oracle E-Business Suite R12 or relevant supply chain management certifications is a plus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid drivers license required. Must reside within the geographic area of the assigned area. This position requires regular business travel mostly by car within a set geographic region.
• Ability to carry and transport professional sales samples and literature.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. as needed
• Frequent talking, hearing, visual acuity (detail/accuracy), and repetitive motion

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Utilize Oracle E-Business Suite R12 to manage and maintain supply chain processes including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, and finance to streamline processes and improve overall supply chain performance.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to minimize costs while maximizing efficiency and quality.
• Conduct regular assessments of supplier performance and manage supplier relationships to ensure reliability and consistency.
• Identify and resolve supply chain issues in a timely manner to minimize disruptions to operations.
• Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into supply chain metrics and KPIs.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in supply chain management.
