Position Summary
Purpose of the Role
Timely and accurate coordination of supply chain tasks. Data and problem solving support for internal partners. System update.
Role and Responsibilities
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the internal sales forecast
- Analyze channel inventory and sales status
- Support sales parties to fulfil customers’ request in all kinds of Supply Chain Management related matters
- Keep daily contact with carrier (about in-bound & out-bound & etc.)
- Contact the headquarter to deliver subsidiary’s Supply Chain Management issues and requests
- Analyze and monitor sales and forecast vs. target
- Monitor the Supply Chain Management Key Performance Indicator status and analyze issues and plans
- Coordinate between sales parties and order desk
Skills and Qualifications
Requirements
- Advanced Korean language knowledge and Intermediate English knowledge
- Preferably BA/BSc degree
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Advanced skills in ERP systems, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Cooperative and active work attitude
- Capable to work individually and as team member as well
