Responsibilities:
- Are you looking for a challenging position in Supply Chain Management? We have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Associate where you will play a key role in the timely sourcing and delivery of materials and have a significant impact on the smooth running of our business process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ordering materials in a timely manner: you will be responsible for ordering materials in a timely manner to ensure a continuous flow in the supply chain
- Expediting deliveries: By taking proactive measures, you will expedite deliveries and ensure materials arrive on time
- Analyze material planning reports: You will perform detailed analysis of material planning reports to identify and resolve bottlenecks at an early stage
- Resolving issues with suppliers and internal teams: you assess and resolve issues between suppliers and employees to ensure a smooth flow of materials
- Forecasting material requirements: By forecasting material requirements, you will help to effectively meet customer demand and avoid bottlenecks
Qualifications:
- Education: Completed commercial training or several years of professional experience in the field of supply chain management
- Experience: Sound knowledge of scheduling and experience in a logistics environment
- Language skills: Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Skills required to be successful in the position:
- Experience with SAP or another ERP system
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Strong communication skills and team orientation
