As a Lead Supply Chain Manager, your mission is to oversee and enhance supply chain operations for your assigned product range. Your strategic insight and leadership will drive the development of supply chain strategies aligned with our overall objectives, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction at optimal costs.
Tasks
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, International Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in Planning (+5 years) and proficiency in supply chain management or related fields, showcasing advanced knowledge and skills.g
- Leadership experience in managing teams
- Exceptional communication abilities and a proven track record of successful teamwork.
- Fluent in both German and English with the ability to engage effectively in cross-cultural environments.
- Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement innovative solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to drive strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies in collaboration with Strategic Sourcing (Category Management) and Operations to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead the supply chain team (Teamleads, Specialists, operational Buyers) towards achieving excellence in execution and performance, monitored through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Serve as a pivotal business partner across departments, including Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Operations, to ensure cohesive supply chain management.
- Direct product range-specific supply chain functions, focusing on strategy, resource optimization, and profitability to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Plan and manage sourcing and procurement activities to meet product demand requirements effectively.
