Your tasks

  • to be responsible for order processing, administration and management of material orders received from customers
  • to facilitate material stock dispatch from global resources as well as to source material from business partners
  • to develope solutions and takes decisions to ensure on-time material delivery to meet customer expectations
  • to clarify spares technical queries utilizing technical documentation and liaises with technical as well as engineering departments
  • to provide consistently high quality responses to all customer related requests for all materials and related services to ensure the highest possible customer satisfaction
  • to organize and conduct regular account meetings with customers, internal stakeholders, account directors an customer support

Your qualifications

  • a successfully completed degree in business administration or supply chain / logistics or an apprenticeship as industrial clerk (m/f/d)
  • work experience and knowledge in material procurement, logistics, customer service and projectmanagement
  • application knowledge in SAP
  • business fluent language skills in English
