Your tasks
- to be responsible for order processing, administration and management of material orders received from customers
- to facilitate material stock dispatch from global resources as well as to source material from business partners
- to develope solutions and takes decisions to ensure on-time material delivery to meet customer expectations
- to clarify spares technical queries utilizing technical documentation and liaises with technical as well as engineering departments
- to provide consistently high quality responses to all customer related requests for all materials and related services to ensure the highest possible customer satisfaction
- to organize and conduct regular account meetings with customers, internal stakeholders, account directors an customer support
Your qualifications
- a successfully completed degree in business administration or supply chain / logistics or an apprenticeship as industrial clerk (m/f/d)
- work experience and knowledge in material procurement, logistics, customer service and projectmanagement
- application knowledge in SAP
- business fluent language skills in English
