JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree or Diploma in supply chain, procurement, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing supply chain operations for a manufacturing company.
• Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong analytical skills, along with excellent negotiation and planning abilities.

• Coordinate purchasing activities with both overseas and local suppliers, managing the process from order placement to supplier payment.
• Strategize for optimal inventory levels to support sales and production needs, including establishing safety stock levels for standard items.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods from both overseas and local suppliers.
• Manage freight costs by consolidating shipments to reduce charges and selecting the most economical mode of transport.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable deals.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee warehouse operations, monitoring logistics and personnel to ensure efficiency.
• Support new project development and production processes.
• Expand the supply chain network by identifying and establishing relationships with new suppliers.
• Maintain and update material master lists, production BOMs, and sales BOMs using SAP.
• Ensure compliance with ISO and other legal requirements and standards within the supply chain processes.
• Resolve any issues that arise, such as delivery delays or material shortages.
• Provide training and guidance to employees as needed.
