Job Description & Requirements
As a Supply Chain Manager (Manpower Outsourcing), you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end process of outsourcing manpower to our clients. You will be responsible for managing the supply chain of talent acquisition, ensuring timely sourcing, onboarding, and deployment of manpower resources. Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience supply chain management,or warehouse operation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work Overtime

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to streamline the outsourcing process and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with client companies to understand their manpower requirements and align staffing solutions accordingly.
• Source and recruit qualified candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking events.
• Coordinate the onboarding process, including screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates, as well as completion of necessary documentation.
• Manage relationships with staffing agencies and other external partners to ensure a steady supply of qualified manpower.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track the effectiveness of manpower outsourcing operations and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards governing manpower outsourcing activities.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the manpower outsourcing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
