Summary
The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the supply chain process, including Sales & Operations planning, customer service, purchasing, warehousing and inventory management. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products are delivered to customers in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining cost and quality standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support business objectives and goals
  • Define and implement the Sales & Operations Planning process in UAE
  • Manage and oversee customer service – ensuring the timely processing and communication to our customers across the globe
  • Manage and oversee purchasing processes – the daily execution of ordering and coordination with suppliers all over the globe
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with sales and production teams to ensure optimal inventory levels
  • Oversee warehousing operations, including inbound and outbound transportation, warehouse management, and distribution. Work closely with our logistic team to manage our third party logistics support team
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve supply chain efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure effective supply chain management
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Manage and develop a team of supply chain professionals

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management
  • Experience in rolling out Sales & Operations Planning processes
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain operations, including purchasing, customer service, warehousing, and inventory management.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Certification in supply chain management, logistics, or related field is a plus.
