Are you ready to take the next step in your career in Supply Chain? Reporting into the Head of Supply Chain ANZ, we have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Optimisation Manager to join our Tip Top team.
Based in North Ryde with flexible hybrid working conditions this role manages the National Planning & Materials supply across the Tip top network, whilst optimizing the network supply activities and to manage key Supply chain procurement activities. This role is very diverse and requires a high level of leadership and business acumen to ensure whole of systems/business thinking.
Purpose of the Role
- Overall management of the operational stream of Major Projects (Operational & Supply Chain) as directed by the Head of Supply Chain ANZ
- Establish project governance including charter, plans, issues & risks registers, dependency mapping and costed manifests
- Lead the Supply planning & material supply national team including S&OP comms and NPD product set up to ensure effective launch to market and ongoing material supply
- Lead IBP Supply planning process and participate in other IBP work streams
- Ensure workstreams & process are continually reviewed and improved as part of a continuous improvement mindset
- Manage imported direct material supply activities and develop relationships with key stakeholders
- Establish and execute stakeholder management plan and communication framework
- Manage and lead the Freight & Warehouse procurement and other Supply chain procurement activities as prescribed including delivery in terms of costs, timeframes, quality to agreed service levels
- Lead and support the business strategy in network optimisation across the bakery network, including where made where sold, line capacity, network constraints and future capital requirements
