Here’s the Gist:
The Business Planning Analyst will work within Wolfspeed’s Business Planning team supporting the Power Business. The candidate will work collaboratively with the Factory Planning team, Customer Service and the BU to execute supply plans, track and expedite WIP, validate starts, etc. to meet customer demand as efficiently as possible.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Plan both short- and long-term to align supply and demand to support customer needs.
  • Project forward-looking WIP positions and customer implications
  • Facilitate collaboration meetings with stakeholders to review loading plans, expedites, and roadblocks.
  • Monitor weekly and monthly supply plans, prioritizing WIP as needed to avoid delays.
  • Drive root cause analysis on delays in outs and provide early warning to the customer service team on potential misses.
  • Manage portfolio in key aspects of business planning including Revenue Attainment, Scheduling Integrity, WIP reconciliation, etc.

This Job is Right for You if You Have:

  • BS in Engineering, Business or Supply Chain related field
  • 4 years of experience with Materials Requirements Planning (MRP), Production Planning, and/or Supply Planning
  • Solid analytical skills
  • Detail Oriented
  • Self-Starter
  • Capable of working cross functionally in a dynamic setting
  • Working knowledge of SAP
