Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project timelines ensuring cross-functional and third party input is captured and projects are delivered on time and on budget
- Identifies risks and contingencies and communicates progress to key stakeholders
- Provide status updates on projects on an agreed to schedule and shares key updates and actions via meeting agendas and meeting minutes
- Identify issues and risks and develop mitigation plans with the cross functional team to resolve project setbacks and obstacles
- Organize project teams utilizing cross-functional resources
- Obtain agreement from line management and country representatives on team resource, expectations and performance for team members
- Manages project team meetings, prepares agendas, schedules meetings and issues minutes and action items
- Identify root causes and corrective actions for project deviations, including facilitating problem resolution between initiators and implementation teams
- Provide updates on progress to goals to site management for all project
