Description:

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Supply Chain Risk&Resilience Digital Strategy Director to be hired within the Supply Chain Excellence department and reporting to the Senior Director SC Risk & Network. The role will be based in Cork (Ireland), New Jersey (US) and other location within Europe and US will be considered.
The Risk, Resilience and Network team is part of Supply Chain Excellence and part of the Enterprise Risk Management framework.
The position provides oversight of the digital agenda of Risk&Resilience across the Supply Chain, in connection with the Enterprise Risk Management ecosystem upgrade. It also provides support to operational and executional activities for the Resilience platform, while supporting conversations with functional supply chain leaders on end-to-end supply chain risk & resilience management, using fact- and data-based management tools and strategies.
The role also is the liaison with the different digital councils across the organization, and represents the team outside JnJ in relation to data- and digital-related conversation around Supply Chain Risk Management, as needed.

EDUCATION:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s or equivalent University degree is required with a focus in life science, engineering, physical science preferred
  • Master Degree in Science, Business, Engineering or other Technical field is preferred
  • Advanced degree or equivalent experience or professional certification preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Owns the Risk, Resilience & Network digital transformation roadmap. Ensure translating business requirements into sophisticated digital capabilities, in particular being responsible for the data asset strategy for risk metrics and simplifying the current landscape while supporting new digital assets in collaboration with sector digital teams. Connect with the ERM upgrade (technology stream) representing the Supply Chain and Business Continuity Management team (40%)
  • Supports the implementation of Fusion as the Business Continuity Management tool within the BCM guidance (eventually to become a policy). Interacts with other functions (E&PS, Cyber Security, Procurement, and others) and with the Enterprise Risk Management leadership team to improve and digitalize current processes. Engage in conversations with Sector leadership teams and Enterprise management ensuring alignment on processes and technologies (30%)
  • Coordinates the onboarding phase of product Resilience assessments across both Sectors in partnership with value chain teams and other functions. Ensures product-related and product-agnostic risk inputs from internal/external platforms are available and accurate, in particular product-related data & data assets. When needed, partners with product owner teams and adjacent functions in the execution of product risk assessments, and in the identification/tracking of risk mitigation activities (15%)
  • Seeks functional input & provide business insights into the development of standards, guidelines, tools, training and other support materials vital to enable key processes & build capability
