The supply chain environment is continually evolving, requiring organisations to increasingly prioritise operational excellence through digital transformation for growth. Digital manufacturing stands as the cornerstone of any supply chain transformation initiative within the life sciences & consumer/ industrial products industries.

About the role:

As a Senior Manager, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and your role will involve the following responsibilities:

  • Assist our clients in achieving manufacturing excellence through the optimal integration of people, processes, and technology
  • Designing, developing, testing, and implementing cutting-edge Operational Technologies (OT) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
  • Design future-proof manufacturing capabilities and supporting processes, organisation, governance structures, technology landscapes, and data & insights
  • Managing client relationships with key executives and project sponsors, developing and maintaining interactions with top decision makers, and organising project reviews with steering/executive committees
  • Lead functional analysis for new technology applications such as MES, LIMS, EEM or bespoke solutions
  • Leading project teams and project delivery, and overseeing the tracking and resolving key issues and risks to budget, scope, and resources, leveraging Microsoft (MS) Project and macro-driven Microsoft (MS) Excel models
  • Contribute to business development activities and internal initiatives, supporting the growth of our Manufacturing consulting practice
  • Develop innovative solutions, transformation methodologies, and assets, including thought leadership and “point-of-view” documents, public speaking, and publication in industry periodicals
  • Work on the most challenging business questions our clients are facing today, teaming up with unique and complementary capabilities within our Commercial Strategy, Technology, Analytics, Human Capital, Financial Advisory, Tax & Regulatory Offerings

About you:

  • Significant leadership experience in consulting or professional services, specialising in Manufacturing, Smart Manufacturing, and MES, with a focus on client relationship management
  • Passionate about Manufacturing strategy in a global context, particularly within the Life Sciences & Consumer / Industrials sectors
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, dedicated to delivering exceptional client service, fostering inclusivity, and enhancing employee experiences
  • An enthusiastic, positive, ‘can do’ attitude and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and judgment abilities. Highly structured and delivering high quality work to client needs
  • Strong communicator with the ability to articulate complex ideas across all levels of an organisation and effectively liaise with multi-disciplinary stakeholders
  • An exceptional track record in executing manufacturing projects under multiple deadlines in a global context
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages are a strong asset. Eager to work in an international environment and willing to travel on an ad-hoc basis
