Could you be the full-time Supply Chain Senior Team Leader in Cluj-Napoca, Romania we’re looking for?

YOUR FUTURE ROLE

Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain and leadership expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Raluca Todica (DACH Operations Manager, Cluj-Napoca), and work alongside passionate and fun teammates.
You’ll ensure the effective performance for the Global Supply Chain (GSC) function and the achievement of service delivery requirements. Day-to-day, you’ll you will act as business partner to the Global Functions (Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, Project Office), Supply Chain Head of Region/Country Leaders and SSO counterparts, supervising, and ensuring effective Supply Chain activities.
You’ll specifically manage individual performance, build teamwork, initiate, and drive continuous improvement within your team, but also take lead for new initiatives and asses staff training needs.

• Engineering Degree, Business Degree or similar complemented by a demonstrated track record
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Experience in a relevant position
• Consistent experience in Supply Chain area
• Leadership skills, analytical skills, very good communication and presentation skills, stakeholder management skills, and process-oriented mind-set
• Experience in reporting and data analytics
• ERP Systems (SAP), Office 365 (SharePoint, Excel, Teams, Power APP
