Description:

In the Personal System Organization, the Supply Chain Services Delivery (SCSD) team oversees enabling customized PC Services configurations for enterprise customers. The setup process and delivery of such configurations requires various steps including, gathering Customer business requirements, Engineering, Procurement, and Factory setup.
Our team defines the strategic direction of the SCSD org and leads projects to achieve our vision of significant growth. Our goal is to grow Factory Config services business by supporting the expansion of factory capabilities and services into new markets through all routes to market. Automation and connecting siloed systems (integrations) is key to this success, by reducing the number of manual “touches” needed to complete the tasks.
We need skilled engineering program managers with process improvement experience, to bring this vision to life.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor of Science degree required. Preferably in Engineering or Supply Chain.
  • Supply Chain Management background with experience working IT projects is ideal.
  • Experience in SDLC, testing and validating solutions, and working as a MS Dynamics CRM Business Analyst.
  • Functional and/or Technical Certifications as deemed appropriate for specialization.
  • Experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps effectively.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) is preferred.
  • PMI PMP and Lean 6 sigma certification is preferred.
  • Business Analytics and Process Design experience is preferred.
  • Experience working in SAP with PLM, PDM, and BOMs is highly desired.
  • Typically, 4-6 years experience.

  • Excellent business acumen, technical knowledge within multiple business units, and extensive knowledge in applications, technologies, and emerging industry trends.
  • Confident in making decisions, accurate, detailed-oriented and able to problem solve/analyze.
  • Good interpersonal, listening, written and verbal communication and basic project management skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft suite of tools with intermediate to advanced Excel skills

  • Meet with SMEs to understand existing processes, pain points, opportunities, and solutions to define scope
  • Communicate regularly with internal stakeholder and external partners to provide regular project updates, address concerns, and address risk mitigation plans.
  • Decide on data analysis to support informed data-driven decision making.
  • Identify potential risks, develop risk mitigation plans, and implement contingency plans when needed to support continuity.
  • Drive people change management using knowledge of business processes and future solution (communication, answering questions, helping promote understanding and benefits)
  • Lead and/or participate in requirements gathering and analysis sessions with functional team to determine project requirements
  • Capable of providing gap analysis and needs assessments to uncover business need
  • Design business processes and integrations between Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications and other applications
