Job Description

Assist the retail and commercial buying teams in day-to-day administrative tasks. Respond and resolve all queries related to the end-to-end supply chain raised by internal and external stakeholders.

  • Raise and analyse purchase orders by email and EDI ensuring the outputs from our forecasting system are accurate
  • Maintain data integrity to ensure clean inputs for machine learning models
  • Perform routine inventory audits to maximize the efficiency of our current stock holdings
  • Manage existing POs and current bookings
  • Oversee the auto receiving system (PCC) to ensure accurate setup of suppliers and couriers
  • Create , manage and enrich new items that align with receiving and ordering processes
  • Load and manage all rebates
  • Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and provide solutions
  • Create interstate and interbusiness transfersResolve and manage emails in queues through our ticket management system directed to the supply chain team

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High level proficiency in Microsoft Office with Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, sumifs, Index/Match, IFERROR etc).
  • Attention to detail with high levels of accuracy.
  • Understanding of Supply Chain concepts and competent in ERP Systems.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Exceptional in communicating and problem solving.
  • Proficient in analyzing large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations for informed decision-making.
  • High level computer literacy with experience using ticketing management systems.
