Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and passionate Supply Coordinator to join the Product & Sourcing team on a 12 month basis!
Reporting into the Supply Team Leader, this role will coordinate all aspects of production from data entry and administration of purchase orders to initial concept and development of product.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing a key link between the production department and supply chain
  • Creating and maintaining product lines and purchase orders
  • Liaising daily with offshore suppliers and factories to ensure deliveries are on time
  • Ensure correct stock is delivered to the DC and store on time
  • Resolve any issues relating to delivery schedules and shipping issues
  • Supporting the Product team sample collection and freight
  • Action markdowns and price changes
  • Complete costings and cost adjustment forms
  • Maintaining weekly delivery schedule
