YOUR NEW ROLE
Survitec now has an exciting opportunity to bring on board a Supply Planner at our Singapore site on a permanent basis!
Reporting to our, Head of Supply Chain you will plan, direct and coordinate product and service storage, distribution, and delivery operations to meet customer needs and drive business value.
You will deliver supply planning expertise for a significant area of the Survitec business. As well as deliver an evolving supply plan to meet customer service requirements, within appropriate inventory and working capital levels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Develop and maintain an evolving supply plan for your designated portfolio, collaborating closely with internal departments and both internal and external suppliers.
- Build robust planning tool to model & simulate demand. Determine optimal stocking policies that align with customer demand as well as inventory targets.
- Communicate information effectively within the organization and to external suppliers to support operational performance and planning.
- Conduct regular trend analyses and risk assessments to mitigate potential supply chain disruptions and optimize availability.
- Ensure all supplier prices, lead times and MoQs are accurately maintained in IFS ERP system.
- Evaluate supplier performance and identify areas for improvement, and support negotiation strategies to enhance service levels.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within your area of responsibility to streamline processes and achieve operational excellence.
