This position reports into Director, E2E Supply Planning APAC and is based in Singapore.

What will you do
The Regional Supply Planning Senior Manager is responsible for leading and managing the regional supply planning team to ensure an efficient and effective supply chain. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing supply chain strategies that maximize customer service levels, minimize inventory levels, and optimize production capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Creates supply plans via netting and propagation of requirements both upstream and downstream through supply chain nodes and optimizes the plan within the current network configuration and infrastructure.
- Creates a manufacturable capacity-constrained MPS at a conversation point for finished goods and/or work-in process and drives the procurement of upstream materials.
- Creation of realistic and feasible distribution plan from production site to warehouse considering inventory of product across the network, sales forecast and lane lead times in collaboration with other Supply Chain functions.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure that they are within agreed-upon targets.
- Ensures master data is accurate and develops and implements planning rules, standards, and process to support the overall planning agenda.
- Execute Regional Segment Supply Review and Supply Point Reviews.
- Supports New Product Initiatives & Product Changeovers by ensuring on time supply availability for launch and minimizing inventory write-offs.
- Actively participates in the Regional Supply Planning Community of Practice and in other key forums.
- Drives agility for sites and Franchises managed by working with cross-functional teams to plan and execute strategies and initiatives to improve product flow and efficiency.
- Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Lead, Mentor and develop the supply planning team ensuring continuous learning and growth.
- Develop relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders, including demand planning, MAKE, DELIVER, SOURCE, project management, external vendors and inter-region affiliates.
- Bring to life and become an ambassador of Kenvue’s behaviors, purpose and values.
