Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials (from suppliers and also within departments) according to production schedules. Plan and schedule material/production needs. Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Executes within a well-defined operations framework. There is generally a step by step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors/ Masters Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• SAP/APO knowledge, good IT skills and computer systems understanding
• Fluent in English and Norwegian, written and spoken
• Good communication and cooperation skills
• Relevant business and industry knowledge

• Create supply, production and packaging plans on a weekly basis
• Monitor and revise above plans when required
• Order creation for production and sales
• Ensure timely and correct market supply
• Call off / purchasing for components required production & packaging
• S&OE & S&OP processes and actions
• SAP and other systems maintenance
• Change management control
• Ensure GMP and GDP
• Projects involvement
• Inventory management
• LEAN and productivity focus
• Reporting
