We are currently looking for Support Agent to work for a technology care project.

NECESSARY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • 1 or 2 years of experience in call center, customer experience or customer support by chat or phone.
  • Advanced level of English (reading and writing at least)

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU´LL DO

You´ll be in charge of L1 support for global users of our clients platform.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Primary responsibility is user support and customer service. Being present and available to clients requiring technical assistance.
  • Respond to questions from all emails and callers.
  • Become familiar with each client and their respective applications.
  • Learn fundamental operations of commonly used software, hardware, and other equipment.
  • Follow standard procedures;
  • Become familiar with helpdesk policies and services.
