about this team
The Distribution Center (DC) Technology team is a highly-motivated and knowledgeable squad that is responsible for making sure all DC’s running on the Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management System are supported - from DC peripheral devices to back end application components to support Manhattan WMS. Outside of DC peripheral devices and backed end support the team also partners with different vendors for DC MHE. We are seeking an experienced and positive Hardware Specialist who can work in a fast-paced and fun environment possessing excellent problem solving and people skills. We are a small but powerful team supporting the second largest labor force in the company!

a day in the life

  • Work on DC peripheral devices, include the following: RF devices, Voice devices, PCs, Wifi, & printers
  • Manager and oversee all hardware issues, repairs, and track maintenance for the devices
  • Support assigned projects - meet project timelines, support the delivery of project goals and objectives, and resolve project problems.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on printers, autobaggers, and DC peripherals

  • Understanding of DC peripheral devices and maintenance
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and end users to triage issues

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $66,000 - 86,600 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
