As a Support Engineer fluent in Dutch, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of EV charging infrastructure. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Proactively monitoring EV charging systems to maintain uptime and promptly address any issues.
- Providing top-notch technical support via inbound and outbound calls, assisting depot personnel with remote troubleshooting.
- Conducting remote diagnostics and employing your problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently.
- Collaborating with third-line support teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
- Coordinating reactive maintenance with service partners and overseeing their on-site activities.
- Managing tickets diligently, ensuring all notes are up-to-date and accurately documented.
