WHO YOU ARE (REQUIREMENTS):

  • Basic experience with programming
  • Basic SQL knowledge, JSON, or experience with datasets
  • Comfortable in a MacOS environment
  • Comfortable using a shell
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Autonomy, efficiëncy and proactiveness are part of your DNA
  • Able to communicate in an effective manner to engineers and non-technical individuals
  • Passionate about solving customer issues

Responsibilities:

Join our team as a Support Engineer! In this role you will handle complex technical problems, act as a bridge between customer support and engineering as well as ensure data accuracy, guide junior team members, and look for ways to improve overall team’s efficiency.
