SUPPORT OFFICER – APS LEVEL 5

As a Support Officer within the TEW Support section, you will be expected to lead by example and provide guidance and support to the helpdesk team who respond to inquiries from the temporary workforce and National divisional offices. You will be able to collaborate with your peers, bringing new ideas to life, whilst demonstrating a can-do attitude.
We are seeking someone who is a strong communicator that can liaise with key stakeholders and can prioritise workloads against competing deadlines. This role requires an understanding or willingness to interpret government policies to update new or existing documents.

Responsibilities:

The Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) is an independent statutory authority established by the Australian Government to maintain an impartial and independent electoral system for eligible voters through active electoral roll management, efficient delivery of polling services, and targeted education and public awareness programs.
