  • Conducting quality assurance evaluations to uphold service standards
  • Developing comprehensive training materials for agent onboarding and ongoing development
  • Partner with stakeholders to optimize support processes and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Engaging with enterprise clients to understand their support needs and address concerns proactively
  • Curating and updating help centre and knowledge base content.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Support Operations Coordinator to join the Support Team and Linktree. You’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining the quality of our support services, developing training materials and fostering strong relationships with enterprise clients. .
