Responsibilities:

In this role you will provide participants with high quality support and care that addresses individual needs and enhances independence, abilities, community participation and quality of life in support of the participant’s individual goals and aspirations.
The role of a Disability Support Worker varies day-to-day, and will be a mix of working with participants to engage in social and recreational activities, participate in daily personal care and household activities, maintaining participant health and wellbeing, and following individual care plans to support the participants in enhancing their independence and achieving their individual goals.
