Our dedicated Support Professionals play a vital role in providing compassionate care, ensuring the well-being of individuals with disabilities. They actively support clients during their daily activities, accompany them to important appointments, and serve as mentors. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

• You will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to provide calm responses to a range of emotional behaviours
• You will need exceptional observation and written communication skills
• You will have a passion for working independently and as part of a dynamic team.
• High Intensity Support is highly desirable
• You will also need NDIS Worker Screening Check and Blue Card, current first aid and CPR, a valid driver’s license, and access to a reliable vehicle.
