Support Project Manager/Lead

We’re seeking a highly experienced Lead Project Manager to lead strategic projects within our insurance company.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably within the insurance industry.
Project Management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Manage project development from initiation to closure.
Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project objectives and establish project plans.
Monitor project progress and deliver detailed scheduled reports.
Navigate larger initiatives, negotiate timelines and solutions.
Provide direction and support to the project team, Resolve or escalate project risks and issues.
