Our client, a leading global healthcare company in Sligo is keen to hire a Support Technician to join their team on an initial 6month contract. The Support Technician will work the Weekday Night Shift.
Responsibilities:
- Perform assigned duties under the guidance of Team/Unit/Shift Leader/Manager
- Execute operations in the service centre and warehouse, including cleaning and autoclaving equipment, managing inventory, and completing computer applications
- Ensure compliance with all documentation and Good Manufacturing requirements
- Train new employees and adhere to relevant operating procedures
- Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and assist in purchasing non-inventory materials
- Participate in project work such as product transfers, characterisation, and validation of facilities, equipment, or processes
- Ensure adherence to environmental procedures and seek opportunities for improvement
